Why You Should Believe in “Not Giving Up!”

The popular hit song by Taylor Swift, “Shake it off”, might be found in many people’s “top ten list”. However, no one would have ever thought that Taylor’s songs might just be the right motivation that someone needed to do the most incredible thing ever – lose more than 400 lbs.

Well, this someone is none other than Ronnie Brower, a 30-year-old who was in excess of 600 lbs. before he embarked on the weight loss journey. Having struggled with drugs, alcohol, and obesity which changed his whole life, he got probably the worst prognosis from his doctor. He wouldn’t blow his 35th birthday candle if he didn’t do something about his weight.

With the help of two trainers, he started exercising so as to reduce his weight, and the only things that would give him the energy to wake up and do some more exercise were Taylor Swift’s songs. Day by day and month by month, Ronnie lost enough weight to become who he is today.
