One of the qualities of life that is commonly misunderstood and underrated is simplicity. Just because something may seem simple, that does not necessarily mean that it’s easy. Rather, something that is simple is focused and very clear. These same qualities apply when it comes to affirmations.
Begin by exploring many different layers of clarification and intention in order to create the affirmation that you want to manifest in your life. For example, if you want to make more money and become more financially stable, you will first need to come to the understanding of why you currently do not have that. What all has kept you from achieving this goal? Are you looking in the right areas to achieve your goal? What exactly do you have to do in order to achieve your goal?
Another great example concerns a new relationship. Firstly, you will need to determine what type of relationship that you want to have the most. You may wish to have committed intimacy with another person; however, it would be more practical to first strive for a supportive friendship instead. Before deciding what all it will take in order to manifest this affirmation into reality, take the time to assess any and all limited beliefs that you may hold about the type of relationship that you want. However, it may turn out that you actually want both of these kinds of relationships. If this is the case, consider the most common element and determine what you need to do to manifest this affirmation instead of crafting multiple affirmations.
After a self-reflection period, begin crafting a simple-tense affirmation. Make note of the following examples.
*”I have full financial freedom.”
*”I have true friends who both encourage and know the real me.”
Both of these examples show the need of wanting support, which can be combined into the following single affirmation:
*”I am supported by the limitless universe in all that I need.”
It is absolutely essential to state your affirmations in the present tense and treating them as though they were already a reality. If you state affirmations in the future tense, such as “I have” or “I will receive,” your goals will be put out of reach forever. The only way manifestation comes is if we claim what is ours now.
It is also helpful to keep all of your affirmations as short as possible by not using so many words to describe what it is that you want. If you repeat these words as much as possible, the universe will have no choice but to respond to your affirmations.
Another important step is to eliminate any and all doubt that may be in your mind. Doubt kills affirmations, so we must always refuse to doubt anything. Concentrate completely when repeating your affirmation and allow things to happen naturally rather than actively searching for results.
When repeating your affirmations, keep it simple in order for them to successfully reach your conscious mind. It will then reach the super subconsciousness, which will cause the affirmations to manifest in outer form. Beware any thoughts that could sabotage your affirmations; rather, make sure you always shine a spotlight on them, so to speak.
Finally, in order to fully and intently concentrate on your affirmations, close your eyes and gently turn your internal gaze up between the eyebrows. This is what is known as the intuitional center, which helps anchor our overall concentration.
In conclusion, be sure to keep your affirmations short and to the point. Pour as much effort into the process as you can and witness your affirmations start to become a reality.
